Service Description

At Phenomenal Health Care, we provide occupational health services for employers, employees, students, and workforce programs in North Houston. Our services include employment physicals, DOT physicals, non-DOT urine drug screenings, and other workplace health testing. We offer affordable, efficient, and thorough evaluations to help individuals and organizations meet health, safety, and compliance requirements.

Cancellation Policy

Phenomenal Health Care charges a $25 fee for missed appointments or appointment cancellation/reschedule requests given less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Co-Pays/Payments/Past Due Balances are due at the time of service. Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, may have to wait for a later available appointment time or be rescheduled.
