Phenomenal Health Care is a general family medicine clinic led by NP Flint, under Dr. Cohen, MD. We contract with many commercial payers to offer in-network coverage to our patients. We also have affordable self pay prices for patients who have to pay out of pocket for health care. Our services include wellness exams, DOT physical, urgent care treatment and more. To minimize wait times and efficiently provide care to our patients, appointments are required. We have competent staff, in a comfortable environment, that is close to home.
